COMMON FOOT AILMENTS
Flat Feet and Fallen Arches
Flat feet occur when the arches of the feet collapse, causing the entire sole to touch the ground when standing. Some people are born with it, others develop it over time due to age, injury, weight gain, or conditions like arthritis. It can affect one or both feet and may lead to pain in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, or even the lower back.
Common Symptoms

- Pain in the arch or heel
- Swelling along the inside of the ankle
- Overpronation (feet rolling inwards when walking)
